Our 8 step Advancement Search Process


1)Client needs assessment – Discuss the responsibilities and expectations that the Client is looking for.
2)Formulate effective and confidential search strategy – Discuss the needs of the client, how to approach the search, the target market, the timing and what priorities are needed.
3)Search plan implementation – Our staff and research team engage and target a list of companies that may host viable candidates that fit the needs.
4)Candidate sourcing – Make contact with potential candidates and conduct an in depth screening process to determine if candidates have the right background, hold serious interest in the opportunity, and if the goals of the candidate parallel the client’s goals. The best candidates are presented to the client for review.
5)Client interviews – The client will conduct interviews with viable candidates.
6)Post interview – After the formal interview process, we discuss with both the candidate and client about specific concerns and feedback on the results of the interview.
7)Offer presentation – Assist the client with presentation and negotiation, if needed, of the offer to the candidate.
8)Follow up  – Once an offer has been accepted, we maintain contact with the client and candidate to keep an updated status. We work to resolve any issues that may concern the start date of the candidate, including relocation if required.
